Online Return Policy
We offer a 100% full return policy for all of our products. In addition, we encourage feedback, comments and suggestions from all of our online visitors. Please see below for a detailed summary of Girl Power Beauty’s return and privacy policy.
If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Girl Power Beauty products, please return to us within 30 days from time of purchase by completing the following steps:
- Re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box. Please be sure to include all parts.
- Enclose in the parcel the bottom portion of the packing slip.
- Then, take your package to any Canada Post/United States Post Office or carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, Girl Power Beauty will issue a credit to the credit card information used for the original purchase transaction.
Please Note: You may want to consider purchasing insurance for your return shipment to Girl Power Beauty as we cannot accept responsibility of lost or damaged articles. Please save the receipt until your credit card has been credited for the refund. |

- Prior to responding to any email or survey prompts, visitors to our website are requested to ask permission of their parent or supervising adult.

Children entering an access card number for a chance to win prizes are requested to enter their first names and last name initial only along with their email address. Girl Power Beauty will reply to the email information with notification of prize information. In the event that a child has been randomly selected as a winner of a prize, we request that parental consent be given to us by fax, mail or our toll-free phone number prior to requesting a shipping address for prize delivery. This address information is immediately destroyed upon shipment.
